A late afternoon view from Perrys Lookdown.

I didn’t

get too many shots this trip to Blackheath, the weather was pretty miserable and mountain views a bit on the drab side.  And it was really cold again, but the scent of the Blue Gum forest was amazing, we must go back there and hopefully do a bit more hiking.

Perrys Lookdown is situated on the edge of Grose Valley, it has amazing views of the Blue Gum Forest and the majestic sandstone cliffs of Mount Banks.

Perrys Lookdown is located at the end of Hat Hill Road Blackheath.

The drive down there is a bit rough sometimes and the road narrow.
