Weeping Rock.

Wentworth Falls Blue Mountains.

This is a gorgeous place.

Pools of shimmering water reflected the magnificent colours of the rock,

As I made my way down the staircase to the base of the waterfall.

The hike down is easy, following the Wentworth Falls track and then turning off at Weeping Rock,

A steeper and wetter, slippery descent awaits you.

It’s such a peaceful place and I really enjoyed the time I had alone here.

This hike took me about 1 and a half hours return.

I took a few off the beaten track detours, with photography stops included.

And copped a few strange and enquiring looks from tourists as I exited out of these tracks.

The hike up was relatively easy and I would call this a – grade 2.

You can access Weeping Rock trail from Wentworth Falls picnic area.

Happy Hiking

K.
